Yesterday i started a dicussion "the word homless shouldn't exit", its still got me thinking one bit in particular about how for every million people earn 10% should be put towards helping the homeless. I think one way that makes a big impact is to start a petition and then forward it on to the government what do you think a good rule would be about rich people giving more. And how do you go about starting a formal petition?
