You can't LOL My husband isn't very good with date other than my birthday, my sons b-day and our anniversary. Other than that he says their are too many dates to rember and honestly I really don't keep track of his families dates that well since he doesn't bother.

I know he puts meetings and stuff in his outlook calendar which he uses. But forget about b-days and what not. He doesn't even know the birthdays of most of his siblings (not that they really seem to care either).

I am the forgetful husband in our family but I have found a remedy... somewhat. I have a reminder section on my homepage which is excite.com. I have all the important dates listed there and each time I open my laptop I see the upcoming birthdays, anniversarys, holidays and other important dates. I sometimes have to put appointment times in my cell phone too. Have a good evening Sedel.

Hi friend! I hope you wont mind me calling you a friend. I've usually responding your question and do find it sensible. No one is perfect, it's sometimes it's you who will handle it. Just write it down in a paper or your cellphone just to remind you also and remind him also. It's fine to remind him every now and then it's part of accepting what he is. Your already part of his life so just be it you can handle it well, i'm sure of it cause you love him very much.Well if he forgets your bday that's a different story. Remind him your bday everyday hahaha!Let it just pass by!Try to listen to this music you and I. You travel by together, growing together, growing old together, and only love can make, and we can make you and I. Same with the Anniversary or just surprised him every year that passed by. What is important is you and him I guess! Have a nice day! God bless!

i am refering this to my husband .. so other husband don be offended
my husband have selective memory ... he will remember what he wants to remember, other things that he does not want her will not remember.
... if he can remember his birthday .. he should be able to remember other days
so i am never - offended by it at all ... i will remind him a week before any particular date ... give him second reminder 3 days before ... and if he still does not remember ... i will just forget it ..
i am not going to be hurt if the days pass by ...
cheers

No my partner never forgets, its me who always forgets. She remember things and when I forget some important days she starts up the fight, so now a days I make a note of everything in my calender and the first thing in the morning when I getup I go through the calender, so now a days we don't fight and she also feels better and happy with me. So its better for him to make a note of all the important days.

My husband and told me that the only reason why he and his ex-wife ever remembered their wedding anniversary was because their son would remind them. LOL My husband tends to forget things that I have just said and then gets sarcastic when something results from something he can't remember discussing with me. I am continuously telling him to lose the attitude and listen to me the first time.
