If a baby legs pops out at 11.59 pm but his head doesn't come out until 12.01 am, which day he was born on?

The baby is born when it has fully left the mother's body. That's when they look at the clock (at least here, I have three kids and that's what happened). That would also be true, if the head pops out first and the body last (which is the normal birth situation).
