is coke harmful for health

I think so. I have never liked the taste of coke prefer pepsi. However, several months ago, I stopped drinking pepsi. Those sodas are just to strong. I often see so many parents giving there children coke. It just seems like those sodas are to strong for children and adults. I don't know if this is true but a couple of years ago while watching television they were saying that a study showed that "dark" sodas stay in system and destroy your bones. They said especially bad for children. I also believe the dark sodas pepsi and coke are additive.

I take coke weekly, but there's no side effetcs i have seen. Though it doesn't contain minerals but still we drink

I drink 2 liters of diet coke every day.No harm so far but i had friends with sensitive stomachs that dealth with problem in general with fizzy drinks.But be ware,,me as welL!
