I am working on it. My husband and I have been cruising for some time now and we went to the Medittereanan last year. We have been to Hawaii, thru the Panama canal, many caribbean islands, Alaska. My son was in the army many years ago and we went to see him in Germany and went to Bavaria and Paris. We have travelled alot in our own country USA.

My dream of going around the world came true and I was 20 years old at the time. I rented by house out and got a working holiday visa for Australia. I bought my airline ticket and my route was London-Los Angeles-Hawaii-Fiji-Sydney- Adelaide-Cairns-Darwin-Singapore-London. I was away for just over one year and managed to find a few jobs in Australia. I did some children's nannying, working in a factory and the most amusing job I had was dressing up as a koala for charity. I loved seeing the unique wildlife like kangaroos, koalas, emus, cockatoos and wombats. I discovered my favorite city in the world, Sydney, with the white sails of the opera house and the gray harbor bridge. I did snorkeling for the first time at the Great Barrier Reef and it was an awesome experience. I had an adventurous time on the island of Sumatra then got sick and I fell down an open drain in Malaysia. Apart from that I had an excellent time. If I am ever lucky enough to go again this would be my route: London-Cape Town- Mauritius-Dubai-Delhi-Bangkok-Ho Ching Mai City-Manila-Beijing-Tokyo-Sydney- Auckland-Easter Island-Santiago-Lima-Cartagena-Panama overland Guatemala City- Houston-Vancouver overland Toronto-London. I would get train passes for Japan and Canada. I would do a side trip from Mauritius to Madagascar. I would go island hopping and snorkeling in Thailand and the Philippines. I would walk the Inca Trail in Peru. It would be an very adventurous and exciting trip. I hope that you get to go around the world one day. Good luck and happy traveling.

It's amazing.I'm envious of your colourful life.I am also fond of adventure, but my parents always say,it's not fit to you.Your parents support you ? At the age of 20,I must be still in the college.

I would love to travel the world - I want to see Italy and tast that true Italian foods and many beautiful places. England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany and Norway as these are places of my ancestors plus I'd love to see London on a foggy night...BUT.. my freedom, hopes and dreams have been forfeited long ago, it's just something that will never happen, for me. Best of luck to all who have the dream of travel.. hope you get there someday soon.

At the moment i can't afford to with having debts, but i'm hoping after i finish uni to take a few months off and travel, then every year i want to see two countries a week in each. I will make sure i do it, because i dont want to get to retirement and think i haven't seen much of this world. I feel sorry for some people who have never been aboard because they can never and never will be able to afford, i think they are missing out so much.
