hmmm.. i remember back in college, i had a friend who had one helluva foot odor. his girlfriend happened to be one of our classmates (yeah, they met in school). around mid-term, came his birthday, and of course, his girl (our classmate) gave him a gift. it was wrapped in a really nice wrapper and she really put some effort in making it. initially we thought it'd be a nice cologne or something alike. when he opened it, i think he dropped his jaw in awe, then kissed his girlfriend. after that, the girl left.. laughing.. we then asked what her gift was.. he replied "an expensive foot powder.." ..and we almost rolled on the floor laughing.. c',)

heheheh thats too much my friend! you better pray he is not a mylotter, or else...give me his address, i will send him not a foot deodorizer, but a cat to run after the mouse so as not to hide on the shoes and die helplessly ...

hey, I think buy him a pair of new shoes so that he/she change it alternate day. and it will help to reduce the odor, and then ask him to let the feet breath, so that i will not reduce the fungus to grow.. If his/her feet hhas any sort of symtoms like itiching and fungus between the fingers. then you should tell him/her that your shoes should be changes and you sockes need to wash every day..
now answer to your question, if they are friends, then he/she will not get offended, but you should tell him or her when you both are alone.
But still he get offended then say sorry and forget it. thanks
