I was just going through the discussion topics in Mylot. I wonder there was less discussions in Yoga section and people are not interested to respond disccsions under the topic of Yoga. Now Yoga is very popular through TV channles. People are showing much interest in Yoga and practicing the same. I read it somewhere, practicing yoga everyday is a powerful method of healing dangerous diseases.
What do you think? Why Mylotters are not showing much interest in this topic?

Dear Sree,
I used to do yoga when I was in school, we had a period for that. Later may due to laziness, it gradually was gone from me. But still now I am able to do certain Asanas. Moreover I wished this to be a compulsory subject in every school. We had only during my secondary classes. It is known that this is one of most ancient method adopted for self healing and being healthy. Even now there are people in Himalayas, those super power people practicing and experimenting yoga.

Hello Sham,
You did yoga in school and there was a period for the same in school, really great. Last year there was some news, here in schools, yoga may be a compulsory subject and I started a topic on that but still nothing happened and I am not sure what happened to that project. Yes, Yoga is really wonderful and can cure many dangerous diseases if we do the same on every day basis.
Thank you so much for searching and replying one of my old topics. Have a nice time always.

I have been thinking of taking up a yoga course, I picked up a flyer from a local hall a couple of weeks ago but it is very expensive so i will have to put it on hold for now but it is a good thing to get into.

Hi Sree
I think yoga did not become popular and people will prefer to talk or discuss about the popular topics like cinema, drama, TV serials or gossips about the film world or common topics like day to day happenings. Since yoga did not come under the category of these two, may be it is discussed less, i think

Hi vathsala,
My second responder rightly pointed out it is a discipline not an entertainment and I think it is absolutely right. Everybody agree that yoga has many benefits but a small percentage is practicing the same and taking the advantages.
Thank you so much dear. Take care.

I do breathing exercises only .Even on holidays,I do not mind waking up early to do yoga.Earlier I was not able to drink cold water, which was sure to bring throat problems. Now I can eat tons of ice cream and no problems...
