will you have a same IP address if you use two different browsers from same PC?

hello, i was just wondering say u use two different browsers,for eg firefox and IE from same computer and same internet connection-whether ur IP address will remain same or will it b different?

As long as you're using the same internet connection, and you're not using a proxy on one of the browsers, you will have the same IP address.

Hey there. A proxy is generally a site that you can visit, which masks your IP address. You can visit any other site through that original site, but if an administrator were to check your login, they'd see that it wasn't with your usual IP. It's a little hard for me to explain, but I hope I covered enough of the basics to help you understand.

if its a dynamic IP ISP you have then from day to day your IP changes once you've shutten down your unit...but if you have a static ISP then your IP will be lifetime not unless if you requested for another IP from your provider... either browers when having an static your IP will not change...
