Ever wonder why a 1-hr work seems longer than a 1-hr chat with a friend?

Do you notice that time flies so swiftly when we enjoy the things that we do? and how it crawls when we dislike what we are doing. Do you notice how light the day is when we wake up lively than when we drag ourselves up in the morning?
When we work we should enjoy what we do, so we will never work a single day in our lifetime.
What do you think?

I think its all about the interest part. When we do things what we wish to do, we forget the time factor. Its physiological i believe. Say, if we are in a boring seminar, we do tend to keep looking at our watch very often and wonder why time is not moving at all. But we are never bothered about time when we speak to say, friends for an example. We better start taking interest in what work we do also, because we got to live
Happy lotting friend..
