Are ptc's and ptr's for real?

ive been around clicking and reading ads but it seems that it would take me a year to get paid by these sites and ive read that some are just a scam. ive been wasting my time in front of my computer for a month. please tell me what you think.

Hey there are sites that give us minimum payout like $1 and $5. You can join those sites and get paid soon. You can easily get referrals in mylot.
