Why Joe Biden?

You may have your own list of reasons why Obama picked Biden, but I think I know the real reason. I don't think it has to do with foreign policy because just two months ago Obama had his European media circus (with rock concerts) and that took care of that issue. Relations with Chaves, Amadinejab, Kim Jong-iL and Putin could not be better.
The real reason is that Obama remembers! Joe Biden is the first uh..uh.. (and possibly only) person to refer to uh..uh.. Obama as articulate, yet alone clean and bright. Yep, that is what Biden did.

Others have also said that Obama needs a new attack dog since Wesley Clark failed to impress anyone. I think Biden's a respectable guy who would make a much better president than Obama. Not exactly much of an insurance policy.
You'll notice that Bush Sr and Bush Jr both chose running mates who nobody wanted in charge of the country. It was an insurance policy in that nobody would assassinate either Bush for fear of Dan Quayle or D!ck Cheney being president.

i think it was a very smart choice to pick biden as his running mate...he brings the right amt of experience to obama's campaign

I dont care what his reasons were..I am still not voting for him.
