I think they are in two different genres and hence are hard to judge. But both are excellent at what they do, Akon most especially. In rap I prefer Kanye West and T.I to 50cent.

50 cent. I don't like Akons lifestile and his creepy voice. Akon is a upkommer but 50 Cent i a star..
