i just noticed a few minutes ago that crewbux increased it's payout at $5. i was still surfing this morning, it is still $2.99 but then when i log in late in the afternoon i saw a different payout already..!!
that's just crazy when i'm almost near payout..!!!

yah,i joined few days back,i was happy to see a low payout,
but today when i saw $5,i thought they are another Scam,
i also didnt know that it was initially $5.
that is new to me too.

Are you aware that the payout is normally 5$ and that they only lowered it for the olympics? So 5$ is not an increase as such, just going back to normal. It says that they had to put it back sooner than they planned (the Olympics finishes tomorrow so it would go back to normal then anyway), because the payments took to long so they could not do the payouts within the regular times.
I am sorry that you didn't get your payout on time, but when you reach payout you should be aware that you will get it really quickly instead! Don't forget to read the forum and news to get the details behind the changes! That will save you from worrying about what is going on!

Oh that's! Well, I just checked it today and yes your right $5 payout. I guess due to a lot of active members. But though there's a good feedback. I reached $1+.

i heard that they reduced their payout to $2.99 in relation to the olympics i really don't know the details cause i didn't read the notice and since the olympics is over they brought it back to the original payout price
