Kinesio tape is one of the coolest things i have ever seen. It was invented in Japan in the 1970's and as of right now can only be bought online. Most of the olympians use it, such as Misty May and Kerry Walsh. But anyway, it is just elastic, cloth tape and you just put it on the muscle that is bothering you a certain way which can be seen at http://kinesiotaping.com/kt-applications.php . It helps raise your skin so more blood can circulate around the muscle and loosen it up and also helps your muscles stay in place better so they don't tighten or spasm. This tape is also waterproof and you only change it about once every week. I have it on my back and i used to not be able to do like anything without my back hurting after especially after i played hockey and now i just played 3 games in 2 days without a single pain in my back. it is simply amazing.
