You ever spend time alone even though you have someone to be with? My wife and me have different working hours. I work evenings and she works days, I am off mondays and tuesdays and she get saturdays and sundays off. So we spend sometime together but mostly alone. The thing is, she is my buddy. We have been together 30 years. Or maybe being away was the catalyst that kept us together all these years. What about you? Do you spend time alone?

Hi, I think time alone is sometimes very important, else we would be suffocated! I believe we should have some breathing space in our relationships.
So I really enjoy the time alone, when my hubby is working away from home, for a day or two. He is a rather jovial, noisy person - he sings, whistles or talks to himself. It sometimes drives me crazy. So those days he's away, is sort of a breather for me - total peace and quiet!
