i am talking about RICE. Asians are known rice eaters and I am one of them who eats it 3 x in a day. well, let me share my experience on how this topic came about. one time i passed by a restaurant inside the mall to have my lunch when the crew asked me if i want my rice plain or fried. i ordered the plain boiled rice and had eaten half of the serving since I am in a trimming carbohydrates program . i don't like fried rice, more so if it is cooked with a lot of garlic and onions. how about you? plain or fried? why and why not?

depends on what you eat it with. I am 100% pinoy and i love pinoy food and pinoy food is super fatty. but the good thing is i'm not getting fat and i use the stuff with my work. I work everyday 8-10 hours a day and I can still manage to go to the gym. I can't say that I am on a strict diet but I do make up for the bad stuff I eat by eating lots of fruits as my snacks in the morning, afternoon and at midnight if I ever get caught in overtime at work.

Hi wen,
I love both...Morning, I prefer fried rice and I love it when there are many ingredients on it! I love my Mom and hubby's cooking!
But lunch and dinner, I love plain rice and I can eat a lot everytime!

I like eating plain rice on a regular basis, since that's the one my mom always cook for us. But whenever we have some left over rice, she'd make it into fried rice and it's really yummy. I guess plain rice would be healthier to eat than fried rice, since fried rice contains oil.
