Family time

I live with my fiance...we don't spend alot of family time together. His work schedule conflicts mine. However, we both enjoy bowling (so I'm hoping that we can start doing this soon), and he's trying to get me into lawn mower racing! Once a month, we go to a resturant for dinner..that's about it!

My daughters are grown now and I don't get to do too much with them, one lives 300 miles away and the other lives 1600 miles away. But we do talk on the phone all the time, and I get to see my oldest (lives the closest) about one to two times a year. I'm going to see her at the end of October for a scrapbook weekend retreat. My s/o's daughter is 14, and she is usually with us every other weekend, we all go camping together, walking, spending time in the backyard, just talking. He is a great dad, takes her skating, shopping, swimming, and plays video games with her. She will also watch tv with us. Sometimes she and I go to the mall together or just hang out together which is nice too, she was 10 when we moved in together but she 'accepted' me into her dad's life fairly easily.

we have 2 kids, and we like to play board games together, and some video games. go to the park,playground. also we like to go out to eat but not too much. going for walks. we love doing alot together

My husband and I don't have a lot of money, so we like to do things that are free or don't cost much. We love to take walks together, and just drive around. My son loves to go outside and work on the yard with his dad. I love to go for a picnic somewhere or go to a park and play games. Growing up my family always went up to my grandparents cabin. It was nice and refreshing and gave us a chance to get away from the world! (there is no tv). My mother taught me that we could always find something outside to do or find a learning activity to do inside. She gave us so many opportunities to learn new things that we didn't watch tv much or play video games, we were growing!
