Mushroom look like white small umberella ?
Where they come from ?
Are mushroom good for health ?
I read certain mushroom are poison ?
Whats rich content in mushroom I think its protein because they are white ?
Do you eat mushroom ?

Hi Ganesh44,
Mushrooms grow in the grown and or in the dark rooms at mushroom farms and it is quite common here, we buy it in our supemarket and you can cook them or eat raw in salads I love them.

yes dear ganesh there are hundreds of varieties of mushrooms. most of them are dangerously poisonous. many are edible and still many others have very high medicinal value!!
mushrooms are rich in proteins and make good food. used in indian cuisine and besides are used as pizza toppings too.
pakistani mushrooms known as khumbi are well very highly nutritional .
grown in colder regions and humid zones , they are artificially cultivated and make a good cash crop!!
