i think nothing is better than mylot.
i join mylot on Feb and my english has been improved in large extent.
as long as you are stick to it,i'm sure you'll get big progress.

I like MSN but another one that a few people are going over to is Skype which is good with a microphone, it is pretty cool but i still like MSN better.
