Hi, nice to meet you here. If I saw my best friend's boyfriend on the street i will say' Hi' to him and ask him where he going and where is my best friend.? Have a nice day and happy my lotting!

If I ever see my best friend's boyfriend on the street then naturally I will say "HI!" and ask where my best friend is?
