Will you date someone you met online?

If it is a group date, then maybe. There are lots of weirdo here in the net and I think it is very dangerous if you will meet them alone and in some not so public places

If his nice,respectful and not harmful, i will but not alone dating with him, i will bring my friends ^_^

about 2 and a half years ago, i found myself out of a job and very lonely. my only child is married and lives on the other side of the USA. her husband is a marine. so, i joined e-harmony because i don't think i would have felt safe in a chat room. i was very impressed with the level of questions and security concerns they had. neither person has access to the e-mail addresses for quite some time. i joined during a free promotion, too. my boyfriend, john, and i have been together 2 years now. i would want to meet a special friend in person. i would only meet them for coffee in a public place with another friend of mine along. there are no expectations if you meet for coffee. it's only for coffee, not a date. i also think this takes some of the burden off of the man. it is sad, but i don't think you can be too careful.

I will date anyone I meet as long as they dont want a permanent relation. That is just because I am booked for life and can only date with anyone to make her jealous.

I value my online friends very much and ill have no problem dating them provided we connect well.
