World-bux, most certainly seem to be a scam!

Okay, after being careful about calling sites scams, I have now reached the point when I am sick of certain sites. In this case it is World-bux. I had my doubts about it already a few months ago when bux3 went down (they are in the same network). I had to re-register there, the information about what went on with bux3 came through the world-bux forum. When I tried to get answers to what was going on I got really rude answers and they refused to answer me.
Since I had a bit of earnings on World-bux I clicked it (although less frequently) so to get 10$ to be able to request. I wanted to give it a chance. I reached 10.10$ on August 8th and requested a payout. After that I have only been on there a few times to make sure I don't loose the account. Today I was looking closely at my account, and found that my earnings were 9.74$ and that my "history" in regards to the payout was deleted. So not only have my payout been cancelled or removed, my earnings have also been reduced with about 50 cents (I have clicked some ads after my payout request).
The forum is not available, the ticket system is not available and the "live" support is offline, so there is no chance to contact the admin, nor to see on the forum.
So at this point I am ready to call this site a scam, take my lost time and effort and never go back to that site again. Do you agree with me, or what do you think?

I never liked the site you mention right from the start. It gave me the wrong 'feeling' so even though I am a member I have not put any effort into it at all.
Sorry it went wrong for you Emi but there are I'm sure many that are stil worth your while - just stick it out with them
Have fun and if I don't get to say it later - HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

It sounds pretty suspicious to me. I would be one to cut my losses, and do as you are and publicize my experiences, in the hopes that others would not be sucked in by them.
