Do you think that Offenders who rape,child molest, should also recieve capital punishment.. And do you think that the rate of crime would drop dramatically if criminals knew they would be sentenced one week and the punishment carried out the next. Instead of years and years of appeals. old kings court had it right do the crime cut your head off in front of the town the next day or week. there is so much scientific knoweledge it should be if your guilty your gone.
