Problem in Yahoo Mail

From a week two or three i am experiencing some delay in getting mail in Yahoo Mail. For an example some one send me a PM in my lot and got it 2-3 hours later. I also have joined a site and get no confirmation mail on yahoo. Then I joined that same site with different as user with gmail and I instantly got the confirmation message. Is anyone experiencing the same problem ?
