I that's the case and I'm one of the first to be on mars, I'd take lands. Hoping in the near future, I could sell 'em and then give another area for those who really need it. I'll have a fairly big house, enough for me and my family and have a farm if possible so I could maintain food.

Yeah, and come to think of it, early settlers can have a chance to gain territory. Just like in a few cases, some of the richest people may have came from a family of early settlers who divided the land amongst themselves generations ago.

Great question! However, even if I could leave tomorrow, my health would prevent me from going. Less than 1 in 10,000 people would be healthy enough to make the trip.
Putting that aside, my first day of free time on Mars would be doing what anyone would do in a new place...shopping! No seriously, I would spend it exploring my surroundings and, knowing me, probably start looking at Venus thinking,"Wonder what's over there?"

well, the weather here is not very good ,but I do want to play basketball right now.
what a pity!
Does this have anything to do with the discussion of first trip on Mars?
yes.In fact ,I haven't seen sunshine for decades and miss it very much. So,I wander if I can see the great sun clearly there first,or I will photo it.
