If you're going to die tomorrow, then why not today?

I know that it really sounds funny and somewhat stupid at the same time but come to think of it, it does make sense... A comedian once asked this question and everyone that heard it just laughed until it's over. Life is an opportunity that was given to us. If I still have a day to live, I would be so thankful for that and the only reason that I could think off that I sould not die today is this; Life is amazingly beautiful. It may sound cliche but that's how I perceive life. I would not die today for the simple reason of being blessed to live. To have the last glimpse of sunrise that I may see, to spend the last day with my loved ones and for the very least, to spend that day with myself while remembering all the good and bad things that have happened in my life and made me what I am today. You, if someone would asked you, "If you're going to die tomorrow, then why not today?" what would you answer? I hope that you just don't laugh but at least try to think of the possibility that it may happen...

Hi,
well having lived with knowing my sister would die young and she did, I could say I would spend it with my loved ones or reflect upon the past but that wouldn't be true, what we may think we will do and what we actually do are completely two different things.
