Try Money4Banners, I have been with the several months now and have been paid every month. Their website says they pay you $5 a month for putting three banners on your website, but I have been getting $10 a month per website. I only have two websites with them right now, but you can have up to 100 sites with them. I'm trying to figure out exactly what kinds of sites they're looking for because I have had several of my sites turn down by them.
