half-ton woman killed her nephew

I was reading a news story on aol.com and it said that a woman weighing 1,000 pounds is a murder suspect in the death of her nephew. The court is trying to get her to come to court but her weight is a problem. In my opinion, I think that they should just put her out of her misery and save taxpayers money. There is no point in putting her in jail. What do you think?

I read the article, she supposedly slap the little boy, maybe two times. The toddler' s mother was jailed, because she was previously ordered not to leave the child in the aunt's care. The aunt is so big that she can not walk, and the authorities do not know how they will get her to court because of her weight.
What a sick story, why would the mother leave her child with this woman, a two year old child is all over the place, the aunt couldn't even get out of the bed, so how could she watch this child.
