Diet fads...

I need to lose some serious weight. I am not too good at dieting, I don't have the patience to read a 1000 page instruction manual. What should I do? I spend 30% of my day outdoors walking in the sun and I am still 50 lbs overweight! I need help.

oh poor guy/girl? it seems like you might have an imbalance of metibolism. all that excersising sounds like it should work. my daughter has lost a lot just by not eating after 7pm. and cutting out pasta and potatoes. have you talked with your dr to make sure its not an imbalance?

i don't know how to suggest you to do it because i was never get fat since i was 8 years old ,i am a thin boy now and looks not health sometimes ,indeed i like to get more weights but never success .
my best advice is keep your sports ,as well eat more vegetables and fruits instead of meat and protein foods.

If you really want to lose weight, all you have to do is teach yourself to discipline. If you really want to lose weight, you can do it without any instruction or many people will help you. You, yourself only can help yourself because if you want to do anything you can do it with your own.
