For my birthday, my girlfriend snagged me the new Guitar Hero Aerosmith for our Wii. I've been rockin' the heck out of it. It has a load of great, classic Aerosmith tunes as well as a bunch of tracks from other bands. Anybody checked it out yet? If so, what do you think?

I got it for my Wii when it first came out. I beat it fairly easily, but had fun. I didn't like all of the songs on there from the non-Aerosmith artists, but there were a couple good ones in there. I also think there could have been more songs on it, but that may just be me.

I haven't beaten it yet. I'm still no Guitar Hero master. When it comes to the big solo sections I'm toast. I agree that some of the cover songs weren't the best choices and the song list could have been longer. I bought all the extra tracks and was still surprised how few there were. It is considered an add-on or extension of the main Guitar Hero though so I think it's what I expected. I still enjoy it thoroughly.

Yes, my brother has that game and he is very good at it. He plays the hardest one like it's nothing. I like the older stoner hits also. Lol

I'm still not that great. We also have Guitar Hero III and I'm stuck. The insane solos kill me every time. It's crazy watching people that are so good. It makes me feel like an amateur. Does your brother sit down when he plays? If so that is very disappointing. When people are so good at the game and they do it sitting down it makes the rock star inside me cry a little. Like the game says,"Real guitarists don't play on the couch." hehe When I'm playing I'm not in my living room. I'm up on the the stage (my couch) rockin' like I'm Joe Perry in 1972 at the Orpheum. That's the way the game should be played.
