i used to go to ground every weekends and play cricket with my area guys and this makes to stayfit.to lose more weight go jokking every morning.but this doesn't make me to get toned body.wat can i do to get a toned body?

You can eat what ever you like but do regular execerise daily hafl an hour thats enough

I work out ever day and I eat what every I want but I watch how much I eat and I make sure I stay in between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and most of the time I don't even make it to a 1000 calories in a day. I also burn 200 calories a day and so far I've lost 6 pounds in a week so I am going to stick with it and see how many pounds I can lose before next year.
