How often do you check your weight?

Though I'm so weight conscious, I never check my weight very often. May be it would be somewhere once in 2 months or more. But I have seen some people who check their weight atleast once in 2 days or even daily. How about you? Are you very weight conscious? How often do you check your weight? Do you think that checking the weight daily will help you to reduce the extra weight gained?

May be you are fit for your height. My aunty checks her weight everyday. She weighs about 89 kgs and wants to reduce weight. So checks it daily. For her, even a slight change of 1kg is a drastic weight gain..She has been working very hard to reduce her weight for the past 2 years.

I don't. Or perhaps I never. I only had my weight checked when I am undergoing medical checkups, but otherwise, no.
I'm not dieting for that matter so for me it doesny really matter how much I weigh. Honestly, I wanne get chubbier.

I think i lose weight this year.Of course, it is my expectation to get that result.Because i feel it is bad to become fat.Just keep my body ina good condition.It is better.I don't like to weigh my body frequently.i will just do it once a month.I think it don't have any chance on my weight in a short time.lol

It is always good to have an eye on your weight and keep a track of the gain. Though I do not workout hard or have a strict diet plan, I'm bit conscious about my weight. I do not eat junk or oily foods. But I enjoy my meals. My best wishes to you to loose some weight by this year end.
