do u have regular family prayer meetings

In our family, we read the Bible and pray with the children every night before they go to bed. We don't sing songs with them at night as we are trying to wind them down for bed, but we sing Sunday School songs in the van every time we go anywhere.

We have Bible studies once a week where we can ask questions and come together to pray.

That's really great. That is what keeps a family together, and reminds you that life's more than just receiving; it's also about giving. Yes, giving thanks to God. Reading the Bible is good; but it is much better studying the great book. I was reared in the same way, and it always turned me back to the right when things went wrong on the left. my life has really been all the richer for that, which you're now enjoying. I'm a family man now, myself, and already retired. But I can guarantee you this; you can never go wrong with a family like yours. Don't ever give up on that.

yes...before going to bed, we three, me, my hubby and my daughter read a chapter from the bible, sing a song and then pray...our church has bible studies every Friday
