I have a little note book which is my Things To do book. Every morning I will write down roughly the things to do for the day so that I'll remember. At the end of the day or the next morning, I would just tick it off (those stuff that I had done). But sometimes because of being too busy I do forget to write on my Things To do book. But this is rare. I find writing it down is worth it as it helps me to remember what I must do and complete...its not a waste of time.........

Hi there nengs10!
I do plan my daily activities and appointments. I do maintain a planner where I could take note of certain dates and important activities. Though I can be spontaneous, I would rather plan my activities so I wouldn't have to end up wasting my time on things that need less attention. I want things get done as efficiently and effectively as possible. That is why I make sure that I plan my activities.

Planning is important, than having no plan at all. Everyday I list down the things I will do for the next day. I write it manually on a piece of paper for a daily task. I also maintain an organizer and a monthly calendar. I write down the activities on the planner. When the day comes, I just move it to a piece of paper for my daily activities or task for the day.
Sometimes I am forgetful. So I need to write them down. I only bring one paper for todays task. I just tear it up when I'm done. Sometimes I also lost that piece of paper. Anyway I still leave my organizer at home. I can still do the task on the next day. Just a day delayed, no harm done. :)

No real plans. my husband and I just get up in the morning and decide what we want to do. We may mention something in advance (for example, I mentioned to him the other day that I needed new laces for my hiking boots, and he was able to get them since he was going to the mall anyway), but otherwise, we really don't have much to plan. We just d whatever comes to our minds that we want to do.

Yes, in windows vista i have this side gadget for my to-do list that is for online. I also have this self-made organizer, a big folder with lots of papers inside for my plans including online and offline works, my arts, crafts, ideas, just everything that i want to do so i don't have to miss anything.
Planning is really enjoyable but sometimes, some things happen that i can not stick to my plans.
