hi austere i have actually book looking for something similar myself after having to give up work due to illness. I've joined some freelancing sites that i'm trying out if i find anything good i can send them to you. The only thing i did see that i was interested in was a kit that you could but where you personalised chocolate bars for kids partys, wedding favours, corporate events. I can't afford any of the kits myself at this stage but have kept it for future reference, if your interested pm me and i'll send you the link to the website. If you come across anything good let me know mands

If you'll be coming here in Manila this September 18 - 21, 2008 there is a franchising exhibit that will be held at the World Trade Center in Manila. I will be going there to see if I find an opportunity to put up my dream of having my own business. I think there will be lot of exhibitors since that place is very huge. After going there, you could go to Star City for some relaxation or if you want to drink you could either go to Harbor Square of SM Mall of Asia

wow!! that could have been a very nice opportunity to learn more of other people's businesses and how they are able to manage to make it that successful. god, i have work on those days..and i have not scheduled a leave yet. hmmm.. my sister is in manila right now.. guess i'll have her go there, take pictures and tell me what she'll be seeing in the exhibit. it could have been a whole lot better and fun if it's me who's going to the exhibit though..

You have work during weekends? What kind of work do you have? My guess is you work at a call center company. Since some of my friends who work in a call center have different rest days. If you didn't go to the Franchise Show, I'm sure that you'll be missing a lot. Even if your sister writes all the companies that are participating in the event because she doesn't know what questions you'll be asking.

Well if you are looking for a business with very little overhead and start up fees, you might want to look into a direct sales type of thing. I have tried a few personally and in this challenging economy have one that works, but you truly have to work it. If not it just sits there and no money comes in. Send me a message if you are interested in more details. I'm happy to give you info on what I've tried and what I'm doing now. Good luck to you!

gIRL i want to venture into business too.Nowadays I guess we can't depend on our salary anymore.WE need to think of a business that will add up to our basic salary. At the office a lot of agents are selling Avons, cakes, jewellries and all other stuffs.I am planning to have one too but I am having a hard time thinking what type of business to invest my money. But the only advise I can suggest is that you have to know what are your interests. If you like food..try selling cakes or pastries esp.xmas holiday is approaching. So whatever interests you that's where you are going to venture on.

why dont you try electronic loading?your working right?you can tell your office mates that you have autoloads and eloads.for sure you will get patronized by them.a thousand or even 500 pesos will be enough for starters.you could also try selling food supplements. It's an "it' thing nowadays. You can do this while your working or even in break times.it wont eat much of time and you will not be needing extra help for your business.
