hey guys i have just started writing reviews for review stream and i am very disappointed with that company. firstly they told that we an write review on any subject and they will pay us the bulk rate if it not that up to the acceptable quality. i wrote 4 reviews and they rejected it saying they are not interested. if thats the case why did they at first place state that you can write review on any subject. i wont say they are a scam cz they might be paying but i am surely not going to be associated with it any more... a very bad site... not at all worth wasting that much time.

yes many people say that reviews are good and some people say they are not the people who's reviews are selected will say that they are good but the people who's reviews are not selected they will say that they are bad for making money. But if you see they are good although they are not paying much but it all depends on you if you post a good quality of post then you will get selected and vice-versa ok.

i am not saying the site does not pay or of that sort but just that when they tell you on their home page that you can write review about anything and will be getting paid at least the minimum amount then they should... or else change that on their home page... they should not misguide people.

I have never written an article for them but I have thought about writing some reveiws of some local sites and attractions for them and submitting them. I wonder if it is worrth my time or not? I would like to make at least $50 per month if at all possible. I need to know of any sites that pay like that for writing reviews.

there are two more sites :) you can check them at http://makemoneyonlineinternational.weebly.com you get paid a minimum 1$ on each site and you can publish the same review on both :). + you get money from votes and readings... +the reviews must be only 150 words long (that's way less than reviewstream)

Hi! I also just recently joined reviewstream, and of the 5 I've submitted, 4 got accepted, the one review that they said they weren't interested in was about mylot.com--pretty weird, huh? They were all for the bulk rate though I'm thinking if I'll continue submitting for them, won't hurt if I earn a bit of extra...good luck to all of us!

I plan on working hard on Reviewstream next month. I've written three articles total one was accepted at the two dollar rate and the other two were rejected. I know one wasnt long enough, but the other one they claimed wasnt specific enough. I'm going to spend more time on it next month and see what happens. I think they will pay for good reviews, if not, I will go elsewhere.

It is the same experience of me also. I submitted two articles which they rejected saying the flat reply 'not interested'. The two were submitted to other sites and they published. If they are not giving 'up front' payment, they can include in the 'bulk rate'. But I will try some more articles.

Hi fleur, I've been paid by review stream three times already and I am on my way to a fourth payment (hopefully I'll make it by the end of August) Don't be angry that they said they aren't interested in your review. Did the email state you can submit it back at bulk rate? There is a box where you can check at the end of your review to get bulk rate for your review. They usually pay bulk rate for food, music, movies, tv shows. So I always check the bulk rate box when I write in those categories. You don't have to spend all day writing and you can make some nice extra money from them. I make about $50-60 dollars extra a mth since I started writing there. Good luck

well i did not find any box...i just ticked the box saying bulk rate applicable while submitting my reviews. is it necessary that one should always review something from their list or one can write on their own?

That is the same box to put your 'Tick' mark. Myself also tick marked that box when I submitted my first article.

Hi fleur, Well, that box you spoke of is the box I was talking about. I wonder why they did not like your reviews They don't specifically give you stuff to write about. I write about anything new I've tried, places (restaurants, fast food outlets, clothing stores, malls) I've visited and my experience with their customer service and such and usually get 2 dollars for those. But I don't have much of those to write about since I'm a person of habit and rarely visit new eateries, etc. I don't know what to say about them not taking them at bulk rate either. That's the only site I write reviews for but there are many others out there, maybe someone else can help you out there. Good luck to you! Hi jose, Yes, it is the same box you ticked, there are three boxes under where you write your review. It is the third (last) one. I wish you good luck with your reviews.

The reason they are not interested is because your review is not long enough. Add more words to it and it will get accepted. Then they will look if your opinion is inside the review, if it is there and not just once but many times then you will get the full pay, else the bulk rate. Hope it helps.

Personally, this is not a site I would count on. I know I was not impressed there, and they usually want longer reviews and with the payout amount being set at $50 it does not seem possible as well. I wonder if there are actually people who have reached payout there as well.

I have been writing reviews for "Review Stream" for quite some time now, and I am getting paid quite regularly.

They mostly pay bulk price in review stream. If you are interested in other sites that pay, there are 2 sites on which you can post the same review and they each pay you a 1$, so you get 2$ per review + money from votes. And the reviews are shorter check my site http://makemoneyonlineinternational.weebly.com and yes i get something if you join under me :)... please if you will join add me as a friend there and we can vote for each other or let me know which nickname you chose... my is alnilam

They do not reject reviews at these 2 sites. They get published instantly. At one site you get credited instantly and on the other you get credited with a working day delay (at this other site you need to receive at least 1 vote on your review--you always get that but just to make it sure add me as a friend there or leave so if it happens that you do not get voted I will surely vote for you) It is also good if you get a circle of 2-3 (or more) people there to constantly vote for each other because you get paid for votes to :).

I know. They say they want reviews of anything but they are more in favor of the reviews about restaurants or hotels and such. I've stopped submitting reviews there. I think they are biased on the location too. I think, this is just my opinion, that they want to read reviews of everything in New York, (or some big city) rather than some reviews of something in a province elsewhere.

I have written 6 reviews for that site so far and they paid $2 for 5 of my reviews and paid the bulk rate for one of them. I have written another review now and waiting for the result of it but I strongly believe they will pay for my review. As long as they are legit and paying it wouldn't really disappoint me if they doN't like some of our reviews because there are not many sites which really pay for our work. This is why I think reviewstream is a site which is really hard to find. I just hope they will never lower the amount of money they pay for each review. As you already know the minimum payout is $50 in the site and is not very easy to reach. In the other hand if you can write acceptable reviews everyday, it is really easy to reach but I just can't write reviews everyday. and it makes me harder to reach the payout. I hope the rates won't changee!

Although I have not been paid by Review Stream before I know a mylotter here (Kiran, where are you?) who has been paid. Once she requested payment, she received it within 6 hours. So I believe it is legitimate. Since she posted that discussion, I have been inspired to write more reviews for them. So far, I'm only at $15.20. So I definitely need more reviews to be written. Will not likely meet payout this month. Will try harder next month.
