The majority of people dread Mondays. I do because it can be really stressful at my job. How about you? Do you dread Mondays? Why?

I don't really dread Mondays so much as the end of the weekend...so if it's a long weekend and we have Monday off, then it would be Tuesday that I dread! LOL And it's not really about job stress just the daily grind of having to wake up early and be out the door early to avoid traffic and to get to work and do stuff that for the most part, has become slightly tedious after years of repetition and then get back on the road, unable to avoid traffic, before I get home again. Traffic is a major bummer. If I could roll out of bed and walk to work, half my stress would disappear! At least that's what I think right now...although when I was in college, I could ride my bicycle to the lab but still kinda didn't want to get up to go there, though not all the time. That was probably college-stress!

You're welcome! It's a good question. Quite thought-provoking actually. It makes me wonder if we shouldn't be rethinking our careers to find a job we want to wake up to go to on Mondays-or at least one with less stress, or if we can't get out of our job, I guess we just have to find ways to make it more enjoyable even if it means an attitude adjustment on our part. :)

I dont dread Monday's becasue I work at home. I actually like them because there are more interesting things on TV. TV on the weekend is kind of blah excet for football games. I think they think that most people are not going to be home so there is basically boring programming on. I like watching programming Monday thru Friday instead.
