Mylot referrals question...

I was just curious if anybody here knows how you get paid for referals on mylot.com Do you get a small amount of earnings for them to sign up? Or do you continue to get earnings based on how much they use mylot??? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated... Thank you in advance.. -Mike

How do you refer someone, like how can I send out a link? Or put it on my blog (thats one way to get many referrals I guess)

You get earnings according to how much they post.

Thanks...Any advice on how to get a bunch of referals??? I've tried with other get paid sites, but can never seem to get a single one.
