we have all had relationships where things start to get bad and we know that they are getting bad and usually i will try and work on it if that person is important to me and i really care about her but if i know that the relationship isn't going anywhere i will usually just let her go, i know that i would fight and fight for this relationship because i honestly do love her and do want to be with her for awhile to come, so i was just wondering about you, when your relationship has hard times do you try and do what you can to work it out? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all have a great evening and night and the rest of your week is really good as well...thanks!

I think that it is important to a relationship to work things out when times get tough. The most important thing is to keep the lines of communication open. Not talking with your partner can really make things worse and harder to work things out. Through communication I believe that it helps to discourage a crossing of wires and two people being confused as to what the other one wants. I have been married for four years. I find that during the hardest times is when you need a shoulder to lean on the most. And in my opinion from experience I always believe in going to your partner first to work on things before going to another party. I am not saying that you would seek another party to get advice but remember that you have to keep your other half's interests at heart.

Hi ya jhl930 From the time I got married I was struggling to make the relationship work and did so for 10 years until there was no hope and certainly not worth saving!
