Are there any other General Hospital fans out there?
I have been watching this soap off and on since I was a child. I used to watch it with my mom when it was playing in black and white with Dr. Hardy and Jessee Brewer. It's come a long way from then. Still, I wish I could find those old eppisodes on DVD someplace. It would be fun to watch them again.
I have misses certain parts of the soap, when I was working and before I could tape them to watch later. Now, I work from home and I take my lunch break when it's on.
I'd love to hear from other fans of the show and how long you've been watching it.

Hi Hinkerbell,
Yes, I know what you mean about having time for more than one or two soaps. When I had little children at home to care for, I watched a lot of them. But, now I have pared my time down to just the one, General Hospital. Thanks for commenting.

I used to watch it all the time with my mom, but I have not watched it in years. I could not even begin to tell you what has went on or who the characters are. However I still watch Young and the Restless as much as I can.

I know, if you don't watch for a while, you can lose track of characters and story lines. However, there are always some of the older characters around, they just aren't part of the main storyline. And if you watch for a day or so, you will be all caught up in it again. I don't think it's such a bad thing. It's like reading a continuous book. Also, there aren't that many programs I like on TV, so this is one of the few I watch. Thanks for commenting.
