i have heard this before and i have tried it, like when i get up after i get my food fixed and ate it and all of that i will go outside and walk for a little bit before i have to do other things, like either work or just sit at home, and for me it really seems to make my day go by a lot better honestly, i don't know what it is about it but it really seems to work for me, and i have heard other people in the past say that it really makes them feel better when they get up in the mornings and exercise and get their blood flowing, so what about all of you, do you think that exercising in the morning makes your day go better? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully answer my discussion, i really appreciate it, and i hope that you all had a great day and i hope that you have a great night from here forward, thanks!

Yes! I love to too, as long as I can get going. The first few steps out the door can be hard, but getting the sweat going in the morning, and the blood flowing, and kick starting the metabolism really gets me more energy for the day. And I figure it helps me sleep better even come night time, which is great. It definitely makes my day go better. And it makes me feel better as a person, knowing I have already done something good for me but 7AM!

There is nothing more invigorating to me than a brisk walk in the early morning.
I have done it for years. The walk starts to clear my mind of clutter, and as I proceed with the walk, I'm able to arrange important matters in my head and therefore get a head start on the day.

I think exercising in the morning makes your day go better, I know it does mine. I get up and exercise every morning, and it makes me feel better, and it helps me get on with my day and deal with whatever I have to that day. It does get your blood flowing, and allows you to be able to deal with day to day things. I hope you have a great day also..

Exercises have been proven to stimulate the brain into releasing certain chemicals that helps it carry out its metabolic reactions faster and removes waste products of those reactions as well. It also helps your blood flow to all parts of your body, and blood is like fresh air, so it would be removing away all "dirt and dust", as well as make u sweat, which regulates your body's water requirement, as it causes you to become thirsty and reminds you u need eight cups a day.
It also above all (on the long term) improves your heart, lungs, and muscles, and encourages you to reduce habits such as drinking and smoking, as the more you drink or smoke, the harder it would be for you to complete your daily exercise.
basically, its like a criteria you set for yourself in order to control everything your body needs, and not just one thing. So eating good healthy food is just one thing, and wouldnt replace exercises like some people assume.

Ideally working out in the mornings is gr8 ... makes one feel fresh n enrgetic throughout the day ... it wakes your body totally doesnt it ;)
And that's good enough to make your day go fine ... but obviously over exercising in mornings isnt recommended

I have a neighbour who goes running around the park at about 5 o'clock every morning and arrives back home at about six o'clock totally drenched in sweat before preparing to go to work.
I exercise during the day when my job needs me to walk all over town all day.
Its a matter of choice.
And, its a great wake-me-up, too !

Yes early morning exercise does make you feel high, energetic and can easily finish a lot of work-earlier.I can't do the brisk walking as it is quite dangerous in here walking by myself. My share of exercise is during weekdays when i have to wake up early morning.I prepare breakfast, snack for my son and sends him to school.During that time i do a lot of walking around the house...basically minus the fresh air.Aside from that it's still hot here and sometimes very humid.Maybe i could tag along my daughter or hubby when winter comes and get a good walking exercise with fresh air.Good day!

Yep.. As i saw from nickelodeon's fun facts (however they call it).. Exercising or other activities that our body does causes "endorphines" (happy hormones) to be released and and leads us to have a good mood throughout the day!! Its always nice to be up and alert and be ready for the day ahead!! ^___^

I think it does make my day go better. You know what they say, "sound body, sound mind." And I believe in that.
Last semester, I took a 7am-9am Track and Field Class. I feel much awake and alert then. :) At least I think it does me good on my next class which is Organic Chemistry.
There is also one book I read. The female character is some chess champion, I think. And then she includes jogging in the morning in her warm-up for some brainy competition. So there.
"Sound body, sound mind."

When I was in the marines we ran every morning and evening. I always liked the morning better because it wakes you up and you have more energy in the morning. By the time evening came around you were so tired from work that the exercising just made you feel worse. I vote for morning work outs.

I believe it does, because you won't have to depend on something like coffee or any caffine product to get your body ready to take on the day. This brings about a natural remedy for your body to prepare for the day ahead!

something i learned from probably the most stupidest movie in the world (legally blonde) exercising creates endorphins, endorphins make you happy.
Yes, i'd say exercising in the morning makes your day go better. Aside from the endorphin thing, it wakes you up. It's much better than sitting around for an hour in the morning trying to wake up. Just get up and get pumped!

Well, it usually makes me feel better. If I have to be up in the morning at all, I like to have a cup of hot chocolate, a little meditation, and some exercise. It just puts me in a much better mood.
I don't know how much this increases the chances of my day going more smoothly, but yeah ^_^'

The early morning breeze when fills your lungs, you feel alot relaxed and fresh. You can get the same freshness by walking bare footed on grass. The dew on grass in early morning, cools you and your brain off and leave you fresh to start the day. You will feel fresh all day if even if you have a very busy day too. Try it, you will feel the difference.
