Again, again roshand, you never fail me for good ideas that you post here. Thanks a lot for being so resourceful. I've not really learn to love popcorn but now that you posted you've given me the drive to try that. Anything healthy I always go for it! Thanks again my dear!

I agree that it is a good snack and also cheap. I love caramel popcorn

Popcorn is one of my favorite foods. I often pass thru the cinema section of the mall and mmmmmmm!!! The smell of popcorn fills my senses and makes me feel so hungry. I just love that smell. I wonder how I can properly air pop some corn?

Hi there roshand8
You are just full of good tips aren't you? Personally I don't enjoy eating air-popped popcorn so would prefer to go without but I guess if I was a great lover of popcorn and was a diabetic this would be really good to know. I will pass on your information though to any diabetics or dieters that I should come into contact with!!

Air-popped corn is also excellent for people watching their diet. If you feel like a snack, a bowl of popcorn (with a bit of salt maybe, but no butter!) is a much better alternative to potato crisps, biscuits or other fatty snacks. It's very filling too - a great idea! (I might make some tonight.)
