What are the instances wherein you prefer to be alone?

I prefer to be alone specially when Im day trading forex. Being alone allows me to concentrate in watching closely where the market is going.

i find that more and more i prefere to be alone, i have started to seclude myself quite often again. i usually find myself alone more often than not

There are lots of times that i just want to be alone. Like when i am upset or aggravated or that kind of thing. i know that i should try to talk it out with someone but i cant make myself do that. I like to try to just be alone and not dealing with things at all. some people say that i bottle things up but i know that everything will be alright in the end anyways.
