Discussion us all about geting reviews and opinions or answers about something and a post is just a written article that doesn't need any reply. You can comment or reply in you feel but its not a must.

The question is worded kind of strange but I'll answer to the best of my ability. Posts are what make up a discussion. Someone starts a discussion and then fellow mylotters post their responses. Anyone can start discussions on anything (as long as they don't go against MyLots policys) and anyone can reply to discussions. If you doubt that MyLot actually pays, You are going to be told by hundreds of people otherwise. Don't get me wrong your not going to make a fortune here. I personally consider the money a bonus for my enjoyment of taking part in discussions.
