not enough pay!

I'am a worker here in one of a insurance company in our country. what i really don't understand is that they keep on increasing the salary of there regular employees, but how about us. that infact we are the one who keeps on working. we are the one who encode and prints all the insurance policies. and worst we are also the one who recieves all the bad comments if ever the assured were not satisfied with the output. I'am just so upset that it realy seems that i'am so tired of doing all this stuff and the management don't even appreciate it. even just a little. can we do something about it.

I'm working in call center, i recieved goodies and gifts from clients for my excellent performance..however the salary what i get very less...please advice what to do

Its just a matter of leg pulling and dirty politics in your office where you work. Leg pulling means some of colleagues don't like you and are getting jealous of you thats why giving you bad time only sometimes. You must keep this in mind that the person who really works with devoted heart will never feel ashamed and everyone will like him or her someday. Keep on working the way you are and you will be rewarded one day.

Hi there iceberry_kaye!
When you applied for the job in that company, were you told what to expect? Like, were you told how much salary you will be receiving? Did you sign any employment contract of any sort? All the things you need to know probably would be in that document. Have you tried talking to your supervisor about your concerns? Do you have a union in your company? If you do, perhaps you can seek for advise from the union leader. If you know a lawyer that has a good background in labor laws, maybe you can also seek help from him/her.

Dont get frustrate..
Its commonly known as politics , its actully happening in each and every company, the 3people may be very close to the higher officials , or they may make some very high impression in some instance. or they may satisfy with some kind of oblication. so this is usual in all officials, not only there its happening in our com also don wory about it gain the experiance and leave the company with nice report and papers.ok
