Anit virus installation is not a big problem or big task.. you can install through net or purchase from the companies. you just go to install and go through the default steps of the system when asks for and anti virus will get loaded? Lot of freewares are also available. Please makle use of good anti viruses which will make sense

McAfee is the best antivirus.
If would really help if your computer has an infection already.
Keep it updated for complete protection.

Actually, Kaspersky is one of the highest ranked AV programs out there... It is better than BitDefender, Norton, and McAffe... You might not have KAS setup properly if you are consistantly getting infected... However if you do want to change, some good free ones include AVG, AVAST, as well as WinClam which is a small, yet powerful open source AV scanner.
