I'm having a hard time to lose weight

I'm a 22 years old single....When I was young since my high school days, I'm skinny. Even I eat a lot, I did not gain weight... I think that's because I have lots of extra curricular activities by then.... Like being in a volleyball team is one. But when I started to study in college and until now.... I gain a lot!!! I tried to go to gym but I stopped because having a hard time to manage my studies and for my self by then.... I also tried diet pills...although effective but when I stopped the pill coz I don't want to be dependent on taking diet pills, I gain double!!!OMG!!!!Right now, I've already finished my studies and looking for a job right now... And I admit, I'm having hard time to find a job because of my figure... I'm not sexy but I'm not that too fat... Chubby I think.... So someone can help me please????How can I gain back my self confidence even though I'm fat??? Thanks for your advices...

i suggest you read the nutritional labels of the food that you eat especially those that you buy in the grocery. my cousin is more tha 200 lbs. before and what he did was he chose foods that has 0% fat, salt, sugar and 0-3% carbohydrates... increase your protein intake and limit foods that are fried or with high fat. my cousin did this for a month he lose around 10-20 lbs in less than a month.

Try Atkins I guess. I was able to really shed off the pounds then. I'm having trouble now though because the diet can be expensive to keep.

Try to be active again. You were once doing it, you can do it again. Playing volleyball again can really help you.

Count me in. I'm 21 and well I am fat even before. Chubby to be exact. I also do sports so I loose weight before. But now I am a graduate I gained 20kg. And that makes me obese. Now, I'll be starting to work now, and my only exercise is walking. I think you should try to do a lot of household work from now as this could be some form of exercise.

helloo dear!! it happens to every body!! jus don be ashamed of how you look!! i believe that even if you are chubby you would be cute!!! but still if you want some advice then.. take a glass of luke warm water with 10 drops of lemon in it and a spoon of honey!!!! this is one among the best remedies for obesity!!! hope it would show the result!!

Hello ehlsie! See you in the experience, I think a lot of fat girls will have such worries, they are not so confident. I want to say is that although you Henpang,but the judgement of the United States and the standards are not necessarily Slender! The United States is the real soul of the United States, so you should be confident,because I believe only their own, can be self-confident, so I believe you, Come on!

Actually here in the philippines most of the time there's a descrimination in fats girls specially when your looking for a job... if there's a 2 applicant one is sexy and the other is fat, the sexy one has a greater chance to be hired rather than the fat one even your smart and you have the gut for the position your applying for.... That;s why most fat filipina has no self confidence because of what other people think and act to us fat ladies... Thanks for your advice... it inspires me a lot...

Hi... Dont Wory about ur weight ..you know one thing i am 21 year old i am having weight aroung 55kg. its an upnormal weight for this i try to increase my weight. for the weight deduction go for swimming and reduce ur oily food it may increase your colestral. ok. as well as avoid non vegitarions. try to burn your fat. by nutriciant food...;) takecare sandy
