Notice board !!! Do we really notice it....

In our life, whereever we go, in most of the public places we can find a NOTICE Board.
Say...there places where its must to watch ....in office,schools, colleges,living place,transport offices,railway units etc
But i really never watched any notice board in my life, i just hear the updates from my friends/colleagues regarding the NEWS and carry forward.
Do you have the habit of looking at NOTICE board, OR the notice boards lost his visibility/worthness.

Many people have the habit of reading the notice board, but i am not one of them. You can put it down to laziness or dis-interest or whatever. I prefer to let others to do the hard work,ie go through the whole jingbang and get the synopsis of whatever is written through them. This saves me a lot of time and strain on my eyes.I find it too boring to go through all the fine print.
