help regarding alert pay.

May I ask why you would want to get verified? I have been wondering whether I shoul dget verified at AlertPay. Some people said that you can still withdraw money if you are not a verified member. Is that true?

What is the advantage of being verified? My account is not verified and I was able to receive and make payment. I don't think I'm going to submit anything to Alertpay. It's just stupid. Not only does it require verification, but also has an additional password called transaction pin which you must enter before carrying a transaction. Shouldn't payment processors make out lives easier. It shoudl really learn from paypal.

The best way is submit a ticket to alertpay. They are good in responding your email. I would go this way.

Which method you use be sure the alertpay stuff can read the writings of your verification paper. I have submitted my a copy of my passport but my account was not verified. So i asked them. Yes, you can submit your driver license to alertpay and bill statemnet that shows & proof your address, that's fine i think, if you have any trouble you can mail them and ask for the reason if they didn't approve you, have a nice try ^_^

You can submit the scanned copy of your driving license as a ID Proof. Make sure that all the edges are clear while scanning. You also need submit a document for address proof. You can submit any one of the following documents. 1.Any utility bill (Mobile Phone bills are not accepted) 2.Phone Bill (Land Line) 3.Credit Card Statement 4.Bank Statement. The name and address in the statement should be same as the details given in your Alertpay profile. In case you do not have any Address proof in your name, you can submit the statements in your family member's name. But remember, the last name should be same as your last name.
