Would you ever advertise on a PTC site?

Hi friends, I was wondering whether on any day, say i own a site or company and i need to advertise. Should i go for the PTC sites? I joined PTC sites with just the intent to make money and hence not really bothered about what the Ad is all about. Is that the case with you guys? Do you ever go through the ads properly? Would it be a good idea to invest in advertising with a PTC?
